This document, together with the Privacy Policy and Learner Guidelines, is a binding agreement between you and Bursa.

Introduction & acceptance

Welcome to Bursa (“Bursa”, “Platform”, “we”), a multi-instructor trading and investment education catalogue at bursanalar.com and related applications. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Bursa.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including the PDP Law (Law No. 27/2022), the ITE Law, and the Consumer Protection Law.

1. Definitions

  • Platform — Bursa’s website, applications, and digital services.
  • User — a learner, mentor, or visitor.
  • Learner — a user who creates an account to study.
  • Mentor / Instructor — an independent verified third party who publishes courses.
  • Content — video, text, quizzes, signals/analysis, comments, and community material.
  • User Content — material you upload or submit.

2. Scope of services

Bursa provides education and technology infrastructure. Bursa is not a securities company, investment manager, licensed investment adviser, futures broker, bank, or OJK/Bappebti financial-services provider, and does not execute trades or give personalised investment recommendations.

Materials are educational. Mentors are responsible for their own content according to their capacity and licences, not in Bursa’s name.

Services include the course catalogue, a protected classroom, private notes, watchlists, and (if enabled) community spaces. Course purchases use a Platform–Mentor commission split.

3. Eligibility & accounts

Minimum age 18, or legal capacity in Indonesia. Below that age, use is only with a parent/guardian who is also bound by these Terms.

Registration data must be accurate. Accounts are personal. Sharing, renting, or reselling access is forbidden. Bursa may limit active devices. Account-sharing violations may lead to suspension without a refund.

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access. Optional Google login is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Mentors

Mentors must complete verification before going live. Guaranteed-profit claims, misuse of learner data, or impersonating a licence without basis are forbidden.

Indicative Platform commission is 25% of the course transaction; mentors set prices. Details appear at checkout.

5. User Content & licence

You retain rights in User Content. By uploading, you grant Bursa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to operate the service. Private Notes are private by default.

Bursa may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property & video protection

Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial learning, for the lifetime of the purchased course (not a per-module subscription).

Recording, downloading outside official features, redistributing, or circumventing signed URLs / watermarks / device limits is forbidden.

Copyright reports: legal@bursanalar.com.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Violating law, copyright, or privacy.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or extraction outside official interfaces.
  • Guaranteed-profit claims, ponzi/MLM, spam, or specific buy/sell tips on instruments in community spaces (see the Learner Guidelines and POJK 6/2026).
  • Payment abuse or unlawful chargebacks.
  • Malware, unauthorised access, harassment, doxxing.
  • Account sharing.

8. Payments, pricing & tax

Purchases are per course, one-time. Not automatic subscription and not billed per module. After payment is verified, lifetime access to that course applies as described in the product.

Payment is through official gateways. Bursa does not store raw card data.

Tax follows Indonesian rules at the time of the transaction. Price changes do not affect access to courses already purchased.

9. Refunds

Digital goods are generally final, without waiving rights under the Consumer Protection Law. Refunds may be given for unfixed material technical failure, material mismatch with the listing, or duplicate charges.

Request refunds at support@bursanalar.com with transaction evidence. Refunds are not available if the account is suspended for Terms or Learner Guidelines violations (access abuse).

10. Community & signals

If community/signal features are active, they are educational tools. Mentor analysis is the mentor’s personal view, not Bursa investment advice. Learners must follow the Learner Guidelines. Bursa may moderate, mute, or disable accounts (warning → mute → ban).

11. Risk disclaimer

Content is not advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to transact in securities, crypto, or other instruments. Trading can lose capital. Past performance does not guarantee results. Decisions are entirely yours.

12–14. Warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity

Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Bursa is not liable for indirect loss or trading decisions. Total liability is limited to amounts you paid Bursa for the related product in the last 12 months, without reducing mandatory consumer rights and not applying to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

You indemnify Bursa against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

15. Suspension

Bursa may suspend accounts that materially violate these Terms. For non-severe violations we try to give notice. You may request account deletion at any time.

16–18. Third parties, communications, force majeure

Third-party links are outside Bursa’s control. You agree to receive electronic communications about your account, transactions, and security. Bursa is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

19. Changes to the Terms

Material changes are announced by email and/or notification, generally not earlier than 14 days before they take effect, except changes required by law or new features that do not materially reduce your rights. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The Privacy Policy and Learner Guidelines may be updated in the same way and are incorporated into these Terms.

20. Governing law & disputes

Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Good-faith discussion for 30 days first, then the competent district court at the operator’s domicile, without prejudice to consumer dispute channels.

No mandatory arbitration clause or foreign-style class-action waiver.

21. General

These Terms + Privacy Policy + Learner Guidelines = the entire usage agreement.

  • Severability: one invalid clause does not void the others.
  • Language: Indonesian governs; translations are for convenience only.
  • Assignment: you may not assign without permission; Bursa may assign in a business reorganisation.

22. Consumer protection

Rights under Law No. 8/1999. Complaints: support@bursanalar.com, then competent authorities if needed.
