Learner Guidelines

Conduct rules for learners on Bursa — accounts, community, reviews, and content. These supplement the Terms of Service; violations can lead to mute or ban.

Terms of Service

If the Indonesian and English versions conflict, the Indonesian version governs.

Effective: 22 August 2026 · DRAFT pending counsel review

If the Indonesian and English versions differ, the Indonesian version governs.

These Guidelines are part of the Terms of Service. They exist to be enforced, not as polite suggestions. Without consequences, this text is cheap talk.

1. Education, not recommendations

This platform is education. In classes, comments, reviews, or community (if active) you must not:

  • Give or solicit specific buy/sell/hold recommendations on instruments (stocks, crypto, forex, derivatives).
  • Promise profit, “guaranteed gains”, or imitate illegal robot-trading schemes.
  • Upload account screenshots as a “track record” to pull others into trades.

Analysis frameworks, journals, and process discussion are allowed. Stock tips are not.

2. One person, one account

Course access is lifetime after a one-time payment. Sharing an account is free-riding: one payment, many users. That is forbidden.

  • Do not share passwords, sessions, or video links.
  • Do not rent or sell access.
  • Bursa may limit devices and disable accounts indicated as sharing without a refund.

3. Respect others

Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats, or disclosing another learner’s or mentor’s personal data is forbidden. Other people’s learning Notes are not yours — and admins must not read them either.

4. Honest reviews

Reviews come only from verified purchases. Buying/selling ratings, review-for-perk, or brigading is forbidden. That destroys the quality signal (Goodhart) and may lead to removal plus account sanctions.

5. Do not steal content

Recording, mirroring, or redistributing video/materials is forbidden. Technical protection (signed URLs, watermarks) exists for this; circumventing it is a serious breach.

6. Community (when enabled)

Community is a public good: easy to spam, hard to keep. If discussion spaces are live:

  • Use them to learn, not as a funnel for paid signal/Telegram groups.
  • Do not solicit personal data.
  • Moderators may remove content without notice if it violates section 1 or 3.

A full community is not a year-one product promise; these Guidelines still apply to comments, reviews, and any communication features that exist.

7. Enforcement ladder (credible)

LevelExampleAction
1First minor violationWarning
2Repeat or moderateMute / restrict posting
3Account sharing, pumping, harassment, video theftBan, without refund if abuse

Bursa need not follow every step if the impact is serious (law, safety, minors).

8. Report

Good-faith reports will not be met with retaliation. Repeated false reports may be sanctioned.

9. Changes

These Guidelines may be updated faster than the Terms because they are operational. Material changes will be announced on this page. The Indonesian version remains governing.
